Out of any four consecutive positive integers, one is divisible by $4$, so it can only be interesting if equal to $4$, but this does not produce a sequence of four consecutive positive integers. A sequence of three consecutive positive integers does exist; for example $33=3\cdot 11$, $34 = 2\cdot 17$, $35 = 5\cdot 7$.
