$ABC$ is a triangle, $G$ its centroid and $A',B',C'$ the midpoints of its sides $BC,CA,AB$, respectively. Prove that if the quadrilateral $AC'GB'$ is cyclic then $AB \cdot CC' = AC \cdot BB'$:
