Consider a cuboid. Cosider another cuboid which has the same height and different length and breadth. Join them side by side. Now, the combined figure has 11 faces (which are all rectangles) and dashed(i.e, not curved faces). This is our required polytope. Correct? Too easy?

We had to find a convex polytope, it is concave (and it has 12 faces, unless you push it to one side)
