@above, that is is not correct as given a circle, circumcenter is fixed and centroid is related to circumcenter throughEuler line

@above are you sure? I'm pretty sure it's everywhere on the circle except the circumference.

@above, yes you're right and I was wrong, the result is all interior points of the circles, I just saw in geogebra as it created circles as locus having 2 points fixed and 1 moving around the circle, I looked the answer and indeed the answer is all interior points, the proof remains
